Your Safety

Your safety while enjoying all the fun that the Rock Pool Water Park has to offer is of upmost importance to us.  We have a number of lifeguards on duty at all times, however as you can imagine with the great number of swimmers coming through the gates on a daily basis, it is still very important for parents to watch out for their children closely during any time spent at our facility.  Lifeguards are NOT babysitters; the safety of your children is your responsibility.

Please be careful to read and fully understand the Conditions of Entry, below before your visit to Rock Pool.

Conditions of Entry

• You enter these premises at your own risk and on the condition that you have no right of action against the owner or operator of the park, their servants or agents for any injury to you or any person or loss or damage to property.
• The park provides trained staff to supervise patron safety and behaviour standards.  They do not negate the supervisory responsibility of parents and/or guardians of children.
• Children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 16 years old.
• Patrons must follow all verbal and written instructions.  Failure to follow a directive of a park employee or written sign may result in a loss of facility privileges and/or eviction from the park.
• No refunds are issued.  This includes lost or broken waterslide arm bands etc.
• No pass-outs are issued.  Patrons leaving and re-entering the facility will incur an additional entry fee.
• No commercially prepared food is permitted into the park. No glass or alcohol in park.
• Persons under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will not be permitted into the park.
• Safe departure arrangements must be made for all patrons.  The Rock Pool Water Park accepts no responsibility for patrons leaving the facility.
• Do not attempt or allow persons under your responsibility to attempt to use facilities beyond you/their level of competency.
• Follow sun safety and safe swimming guidelines
• Again we stress... lifeguards are not babysitters – the safety of your children is your responsibility.
